Hello Friends,
while transferring the ISO file to my Data-store I had looked under the stored Virtual machine folder and notice the following files.

File Name and Description about the file
.vmx
Is the configuration file for the VM
.vmxf
It is also a configuration file, but not be used and its main purpose is for compatibility.
Ex:- moving the VM from Vmware Esxi to Vmware workstation installation, this file is used.
.vmsd
This file store metadata (Data about data)and its just a snapshort descriptor
.vmdk
This is a VM Hard disk, and it contains all the Virtual machine,Hard Drive settings
-flatvmdk
This is actual Virtual machine hard drive which holds the Data.
.log
Virtual machine log files. It might be some other log files with number associated to it. Which contain old logs.
.nvram
Virtual machine system Bios data
.vswp
.vswp file is related to virtual machine swap files and its related to the swap memory and if access to physical memory. Its not possible when ballooning.
.lck
Every running Virtual machine created the Lock files to lock the running files. And to save the VM from corrupting the disk and data.
